It's been almost two years since I've posted here. I've pulled a 180. Left my steady day job as an engineer at the US Department of Energy to pursue becoming a chef. It's been one hell of a journey and I have not looked a day back since.
I recently started my own company PYG LLC, which stands for Pyongyang Gang. We bring Korean food to the people of DC in a cheap accesible fashion. I absolutely love it and we are absolutely killing it. Korean food has been a blessing for me since I've found out that I'm allergic to dairy/ lactose intolerant. Quite a difficult path to follow as a young chef.
Well stay tuned, PYG is just getting started, we hope to be changing lives and doing things that haven't quite been done before.
